• The roots of my curiosity
Born to a Swedish academic father and a Hawaiian mother, I learned early to move fluidly between very different worlds. One week I might be designing a corporate self-leadership retreat; the next, swapping stories around a fire with elders from Colombia. That cultural agility, paired with a relentless curiosity and a habit of asking reflective questions, has become my professional superpower.
• What shaped me
For many years, I identified primarily as an entrepreneur. I co-founded multiple ventures across fashion, innovation, sustainability, and leadership. Two pivotal experiences reshaped my path. The first was traveling to India in search of clarity, an experience that ignited my long-standing meditation practice.
The second was co-designing and then facilitating LEAP, a leadership program for global change-makers initiated by the Stockholm Resilience Center and the SI (Swedish Institute). These moments anchored the direction I follow today.
• The work that calls me now
What drives me now is simple: I care deeply about people and the world we share. My work, whether as a mentor, leadership trainer, or executive coach, centers on guiding individuals into deeper layers of self-understanding. I draw on practices rooted in Eastern traditions and neuroscience to support that inner exploration. One area I’m particularly committed to is the global movement addressing mental health challenges. As part of this work, I mentor the Ukraine-based Tokarev Foundation, specifically its initiative to assist individuals living with post-war PTSD.
And on a final note. I love absolutely surfing.
The end.
